President's Message

Dear Members of the Moose Lodge,

I want to express my gratitude to each and every one of you for your dedication and volunteer work that has helped make our lodge a truly wonderful place. Your commitment to the lodge and your willingness to volunteer your time and talents have not gone unnoticed, and I am incredibly grateful for the positive impact you have had on our community.

It is because of your hard work and contributions that our lodge has become a welcoming space where members can come together, socialize, and support one another. Your efforts have helped create a sense of friendship and belonging that is truly special. I am proud to be a part of such a caring community.

As we continue to strive towards our mission of serving our community and making a difference in the lives of others, I want to take this opportunity to specifically thank those who volunteer in the kitchen. Your culinary skills and dedication to preparing delicious meals for our members and guests are invaluable. Your hard work is essential in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere at the lodge.

I want to encourage any members who are interested in volunteering in the kitchen to step forward and join our team. Your contributions will not only help us continue to provide exceptional dining experiences at the lodge, but will also further enhance the sense of community and togetherness that defines the Moose Lodge. If you aren’t interested in working in the kitchen and love the outdoors, contact Moe and he can put you to work in the gardens.

And speaking of the gardens, I would like to give a very big shout out to Moe for his dedication to the beautification of our lodge exterior. We now have an absolutely stunning area for wedding venues, showers and outdoor events. Thank you Moe!

Once again, thank you to all of our volunteers for your continued support. Your efforts have truly made the Santa Cruz Moose Lodge a wonderful place. I am honored to serve as President of such an incredible group of individuals.

Now you can get the Lodge Bulletins and Calendars here at the website instead of in your snail mail box. You can now view and print Bulletins and Calendars in color and higher resolution. Now you can also opt-out of snail mail and join our email list.

Major events at the Lodge will be displayed for members only on the Lodge Events page. Members can also check in on current Community Service efforts the Lodge has going.

Help our Fraternity grow and sponsor a new member today!

Moose members are always encouraged to bring in new members to help our local lodge as well as the Moose fraternity grow. Any Moose member in good standing can sponsor a new Moose member. If you would like to sponsor a new Moose member, Man or Woman, you can download and print the Combined Enrollement Form (LOOM/WOTM) here (93Kb .pdf). The form needs to be filled out and presented to the Lodge with payment for consideration.

Legionnaires are also encouraged to sponsor new Moose Legion members, you can download and print the Legion Application here (345Kb .pdf).
